As you know by now, we have made a database conversion from one system to another. Often times with these type of conversions, some data does not get converted inadvertently. If your information was either not converted or had errors, please know that it was not intentional and if that happened you should contact the office by emailing the church office at chbc@cherryhillsfamily.org
New Users:
If you have not yet registered as a new user, please click the link that says “Need a login? Click here.” After you click “Need a Login,” you will be asked to provide your email address, first and last names as they were entered in the old system. If you enter your information correctly, the computer system will automatically send you an email with your login ID and password and a link to login. This will be the information you need to access your data in the new system. You can either enter the way it is in the email or you can use the Copy/Paste functions to enter it.
Instructions:
- Select “Need a Login.”
- Enter your email address, first and last names.
- Open your email and it will give you your login and password to enter into the login screen.
- You will be prompted to enter a new password twice. Please make note of your new password so that you can get back into the new system.
Look at your data and make sure you are satisfied with it. If changes need to be made, simply email chbc@cherryhillsfamily.org
