First-Time Visitors
- We have a security system in place to protect your children.
- Check in at the Guest check-in desk next to the preschool area where there is a designated area just for visitors
- You will be asked to give name, phone number, address, child’s birthdate, and any other special instructions if necessary.
- You will then be given a name tag for your child and a claim card
- Once we have your information and you place the child’s name tag on, you may hand your child over the half door to the caregiver.
- Your next Sunday back, you may then begin to check in your child on your own. We have greeters ready to help you when needed. (If you have any instructions for a particular Sunday, you may type it in under parent’s instruction under your child’s name.)
Members & Attenders
- You may check in at any computer upstairs.
- You will receive a three-part identity label: one for the child, one for the parent (claim card) and one for any personal items.
End of Service
- Please pick up your child before doing any extended visiting after the service.
- When picking up your child, the claim card is required at the greeter’s desk.
- Additionally, we ask that parents remain outside the nursery behind the strap.
- It would compromise our security procedure should we allow free entry into the play area.
It is our goal to maintain a safe, clean and loving place for our regular attenders and visitors to bring their children.
