In fulfilling our mission statement to be humble and hungry, we are offering the women of Cherry Hills a chance for large, mid-sized and small gatherings as on-ramps to grow their faith. Our hope is to be hospitable and welcoming to those plugged into Cherry Hills as well as those who are new.

Women’s Winter Retreat
We want to extend a warm invitation to the Women’s Winter Retreat. We’ve planned Friday evening to call upon the Lord in keeping with our focus on prayer and our verse, “Then you will call on Me and come and pray to Me and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:12, 13. Come share in a time of worship and prayer as we focus on praying for specific topics to include: our nation, our families and children, our unsaved loved ones and more. Saturday will be a teaching on prayer by nationally known speaker and author, Jill Savage. Jill’s sessions are as follows:
- Faith–Do I have God-sized faith?
- Truth–Am I walking in the flesh or the Spirit?
- Hope–Are my eyes on the mountains or the Mountain Mover?
When: February 2nd (7:00-8:30 p.m.) and February 3rd (9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.)
Cost: $20 (covers materials and snacks )
Registration: January 14, 21st and 28th at the Ministry Center or here.
For more information on any of the upcoming events, contact Cindy Gorrell (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Gather weekly with two to three other women, for one hour, for one purpose, to intercede in prayer. This video gives you an example of women praying for their children. New prayer circles will be forming in February, 2018. Contact Terri Woolbright (email@example.com) for more information.
Table Talk for Six
Are you looking for a smaller group to meet new people, share stories and encourage each other in God’s Word? Then Table Talk for Six (TT46) might be just right for you! Each group of six women meets once a month (for three months) for two hours to get to know one another and discuss four questions about God’s Word while sharing coffee or a meal together. TT46 is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women, and new groups will meet in February, March and April. Watch this video to learn more about TT46.

Discerning the Voice of God by Pricilla Shirer
Jan 11-Feb 22, 2018 6:30-8:30pm Large Group Teaching with Small Group discussion
Workbook available for purchase on the first night $13.00
Do you feel that the ability to hear God’s voice is for other people and not for you? Is it only for people who lived in Biblical times?
Not at all! The God who loved you enough to die for you loves you enough to talk to you. And wherever you are in your spiritual walk, God will find a way to speak to you in a way you will understand.
Become acquainted with the Voice that has spoken from a fire and a cloud, with visible signs and an invisible Spirit, through a burning bush and burning hearts. Hear from some of the most well known Christians in history about how God speaks to them, and discover for yourself how you can discern the voice of God.
Leader: Kathy Hall (firstname.lastname@example.org).
