Book Club
This summer Pastor Steve is once again hosting a book club. The purpose of this book club is to engage in political, social, and religious conversations around current “hot topics” of faith and culture. The first book we are reading is Jesus and John Wayne by Kristin Kobes Du Mez (you will need to purchase the book on your own).
As with every book that is read in this club, I (Steve) have not read it yet, so it is not a recommendation. We will meet to discuss this book from 6-7:30pm on Tuesday evening, June 23 in the main church building with childcare provided. Please come having it read and be ready for discussion (note: this is not a class, it’s a discussion).

Emerging Adults (Ages 18-29)
Young people need the church and the church needs young people. Our emerging adults group (18-29 year olds) is gathering at different times throughout the summer. If you’re in town for the summer, or call Springfield home year-round, you’re welcome to be part of our community. Check our webpage or contact Luke for more info.
Men's Bible Study - Thursday Mornings
Leader: Jim Morgan - 6:30am – meets at Cherry Hills - Leader: Jim Morgan. Study: a variety of topics so it's easy to join mid-study. Stop by any time!
Membership Class
If you are ready to give yourself fully to Jesus as part of our Cherry Hills family, this class is for you! Pastor Brian is teaching membership on Sunday, July 12 at 10:30am. Light breakfast snacks will be served. Register HERE.

Men's Cookout
All men (ages 6th grade & up) are invited to a night of food and fellowship on June 18 and August 21 from 5:30-7:45pm. We will gather next to the student building and enjoy some food from the grill, as well as hear a short devotion. Bring a chair and join us!
Summer Worship Choir
Worship Choir is returning this summer! The choir will sing on June 14 (rehearsals on May 20, 27, June 3) and August 17 (rehearsals on July 22, 29, August 5 & 12). All rehearsals are from 6:30-8pm. The choir is open to anyone high school age or beyond who has a vocal background and/or feels comfortable matching pitch and making music. Register HERE. Whether you’ve been single for a long time, recently lost a spouse, or are on the other side of divorce – we hope you feel welcome. Our vision is to gather together in a comfortable, non-threatening atmosphere for laughter, community and encouragement. This group is for those without companions ages 50+. older kids club
OK Club, is just older kids getting together once a month enjoying a potluck luncheon, good food, a speaker or other entertainment, and fellowship. All seniors and friends are invited to join us on the second Friday of each month at Cherry Hills in rooms 201-203. Potluck starts at noon with program starting at approximately 12:45.
